Being both a homeschool mom as well as an amateur artist, I’m always sharpening pencils! I was thrilled to read this story from the AP.

I love the flexibility it provides families dealing with deployed soldiers and transfers. Plus it gives the parents the freedom to teach at home for whatever their motivation is (religion, special needs, etc).

I hope this is a growing trend!
